I am Susan the owner, dyer and creative of Ash and Eve Designs, a small batch hand – dyed yarn business that gives me the opportunity to share my love of the fibre arts with others. I am located at beautiful Bribie Island on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland where I live with my husband and 2 teenagers (Ash and Eve).
When I create a collection, I love to design colours that have a cohesive feel to them. As you browse the many collections I currently have available on my website you will see the attention to detail and colour sense shine, with yarns that will pair beautifully with any of the others from the range. I love to dye to a theme and my genre of choice are cult classics. I pride myself on quality yarns and impeccable presentation, with beautifully twisted skeins and gorgeous accessories. “Strawberry Shortcake and Friends” is a variegated range of yarns inspired by the nostalgia of the 80’s dolls. The collection has 5 gorgeous, variegated yarns as well as beautiful co-ordinating mini sets for each of the characters.
The new Spring Classics Collection is a beautiful palette of semi solid tonal yarns in lovely fresh spring colours. These semi solid tonal yarns pair beautifully with each other and the new Strawberry Shortcake and Friends collections.
